DailyVilla, operated by PT. Enjoy Daily Rent, offers a seamless luxury sunbed rental experience in Bali’s premium villas. By using our platform, users agree to these terms and conditions, which outline booking policies, user responsibilities, and villa partner obligations.
2. Key Definitions:
- Company: PT. Enjoy Daily Rent
- Platform: DailyVilla, the online booking service
- User: Any individual booking a sunbed
- Villa Partner: The villa providing sunbed rentals
- Service: Half-day sunbed rental from 13:00 to 18:00
3. Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be made through the platform.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may include applicable service charges and taxes.
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
4. Additional Services via the Web App
- Through the DailyVilla Web App, users can also:
- Order food and beverages directly from the villa.
- Book additional extras such as massages, pool floats, or exclusive services.
- Request villa privatization for private events or special occasions. - These extra services are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Any cancellations or modifications to extra services must follow the villa’s specific policies.
5. No Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings are final, and no refunds or cancellations are allowed, regardless of the reason, including bad weather conditions, personal circumstances, or any unforeseen situations.
- Bali’s weather is unpredictable, and by booking a sunbed, users acknowledge and accept this risk.
- PT. Enjoy Daily Rent reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time for operational reasons, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. Sunbed Usage & Conduct Policy
- Sunbeds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No pre-selection of spots is allowed.
- One sunbed per person—additional guests must book their own.
- Users must vacate the sunbed by 18:00 sharp.
- Users must respect villa rules and ensure a clean and tidy sunbed area.
- No loud music or disruptive behavior. Music is only allowed with the consent of nearby guests.
- No intoxicated behavior—guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave without a refund.
7. Villa Partner & Responsibilities
- Villas must provide the sunbeds as listed and maintain high safety and hygiene standards.
- Villas have the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate policies.
8. Right to Cancel a Booking
PT. Enjoy Daily Rent and its villa partners reserve the right to cancel a booking if the user:
- Violates villa rules or disrespects staff.
- Engages in disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
- Uses one sunbed for multiple people.
- Stays beyond 18:00 without authorization.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to user misconduct.
9. Refund Policy
- PT. Enjoy Daily Rent operates with a strict no-refund policy once a booking is confirmed.
- The only exception is if PT. Enjoy Daily Rent itself cancels the booking for operational reasons, in which case a full refund will be provided.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
- Daily Villa acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or disputes between users and villa partners.
- Users assume full responsibility when using the villa’s facilities.
11. Data Protection & Policy
- User data is protected under Indonesian law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection).
- Personal information is used solely for booking and service improvements.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes should be resolved amicably between parties.
- If necessary, legal matters will be handled under Indonesian jurisdiction in Bali.
13. Amendments & Updates
PT. Enjoy Daily Rent may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the platform.
